Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://indiancuisineaustin.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Chicken Curry, Goat Curry, Chili Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Lunch Combos provided by Urban Tikka. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://indiancuisineaustin.com is the property of Urban Tikka or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Urban Tikka makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Tikka's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Urban Tikka in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Urban Tikka harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
